Two of our most popular skin-rejuvenating treatments are Skin Boosters and Polynucleotides. Both work beneath the surface to deeply nourish and revitalise your skin, but they do so in slightly different ways.

Skin Boosters are injectable treatments made from hyaluronic acid (HA), a substance that naturally occurs in the skin and retains moisture. These treatments are designed to deeply hydrate and improve overall skin quality, leaving the skin smoother, plumper, and more radiant. Unlike dermal fillers, skin boosters do not change facial shape or add volume—they work gradually to enhance the skin’s texture, elasticity, and hydration from within. They are ideal for dry, tired, or dull-looking skin and are commonly used on the face, neck, décolletage, and hands.

Polynucleotides, on the other hand, are a newer and more regenerative treatment. They are made from purified DNA fragments (usually derived from salmon) and have powerful anti-inflammatory and skin-healing properties. Polynucleotides work at a cellular level to stimulate collagen production, repair damaged skin, and improve skin structure over time. This makes them especially beneficial for ageing skin, acne scarring, under-eye concerns, redness, and overall skin regeneration. They don’t just hydrate—they help rebuild and strengthen the skin.

Both treatments are minimally invasive and involve small injections under the skin. Sessions typically take around 20 to 30 minutes, and downtime is minimal—some redness, swelling, or minor bruising may occur but usually resolves within a few days. A course of treatments is often recommended (usually 2–3 sessions a few weeks apart), followed by maintenance treatments every few months to sustain results.

These treatments are suitable for most skin types, but they may not be recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for those with active infections or certain medical conditions.
